PP Professional Services handles administration and customer support for businesses that sell online. We manage their e-commerce portals, answer their customers, keep the back office in order, and turn what happens into reporting they can act on.
Our clients are in the United Kingdom and across Europe. Most of them reached the point where the daily work had outgrown the people available to do it, and the choice was either to hire somebody or to keep doing it badly at the end of the day.
Hiring is slow, and a first admin hire is rarely busy enough to justify a salary. We sit in between. You get the work covered from day one, in your own systems, and you can scale it up or down without an employment conversation.
We work quietly on purpose. Your customers deal with your company, not with us, and nothing about the way we work should be visible from the outside.
